I use to have a wonderful memory. Ever since I have been very busy with school and programs I have noticed that I have been losing alot of memory and sometime it is very difficult for me to talk about something from the past. I have to stay quiet for a while and think very hard in order for me to remember about what I was talking about. Is this normal?

I feel this way often! I think it is very common to become more forgetful
when you are under a lot of stress or have a lot on your mind. WebMD
states that one of the most common causes of forgetfulness is depression.
If you feel you are depressed or have other recent health issues, you
should mention it to your doctor.
