Hello, My name is April Cesaretti and I am an environmental scientist. I work for a chemical manufacturer in Chicago and I make sure my company follows all federal and state environmental and safety regulations. I have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a Masters degree in Environmental Management. The most exciting thing about my career is that I am constantly learning new things. As the environmental and safety laws and technologies are always changing, I must continue to learn new things in order to keep my company in compliance. Because I am constantly looking for ways to reduce the amount of pollution that my company releases into the air and water, my work helps preserve the environment for future generations.
