Years in high tech: 6 Years
Occupation: CEO, LocoNotion Idea Studios

During my senior year in high school I worked on the "old" Cascade 80 computer, big as barn, and found myself programming this monster through a method called "keypunch." I made more money doing this than my high school burger-flipping friends. I also learned a skill that would see me through years of developing technology.

I went to airline school, worked in public relations and in broadcast news where I learned how to run video cameras, audio boards, editing equipment and more computers. I went to school and got a B.S. in Communication, with a minor in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin.

I was thrown into the world of high tech when I went to work as a producer for www.talkcity.com I learned code, programming techniques and how to work with programmers and high tech types. In 1999 I created my own company along with two partners from Talk City.
