Linda Gabbard founded Framework Initiatives Company to provide
marketing, strategic planning, and major project management services
to organizations seeking to capitalize on growth opportunities.
She has worked with clients to research and evaluate business opportunities,
formulating recommendations on whether and how to approach new business
ventures.
Recently, Ms. Gabbard directed a 2.5M project to improve productivity
of the field Sales & Service Division of a major client through
use of Customer Relationship Management systems. After creating
the business plan and ROI justification for the project, she implemented
the program within budget and scope objectives and was retained
to lead additional stages.
Her management career includes 12 years with Nordson Corporation,
a $700M global market leader in the manufacturing industry. She
created and implemented marketing strategies and product positioning
for several international business units, including two high growth
start-ups.
During a two-year assignment in Germany, Ms. Gabbard re-engineered
and managed a business group supporting European sales. On her return
to the U.S., she was responsible for resolving critical strategic
issues facing the company's North American Division.
Ms. Gabbard also held sales and marketing management positions with
GE's Factory Automation Unit in Charlottesville, VA.
Ms. Gabbard completed her MBA at the University of Virginia and
holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. She
resides in Atlanta, GA where she is actively involved with numerous
business and community organizations.
