Ms. Guenin's experiences over the past 20 years have varied across
a number of industries. As founder, president, and working consultant
of Partners Through Change, Inc., a change management- consulting
firm, she partners with organizations to streamline their business
systems and operational processes. She has helped companies develop
their mission/vision and associated strategies, enter new markets,
develop and introduce new products/services, merge multiple cultures,
and navigate through downsizing activities. Her most recent emphasis
has been in facilitating firms though the registration process to
ISO 90000 (international quality management system standard) as
well as the recently developed TL 9000 requirements for suppliers
to the telecom industry.
Triche provides many management consulting services, but her strengths
lie in the following areas: looking at business opportunities holistically
(e.g. strategically, operationally, and from an integrated information
system view), facilitating problem solving activities, identifying
and eliminating unnecessary work, developing new processes with
associated roles and responsibilities, creating new organization
designs, modeling new cultural behaviors, coaching leadership, training
on technical topics (e.g. process mapping, internal auditing, Statistical
Process Control) and soft issues(e.g. team building, resistance
to change, conflict resolution), and managing large projects throughout
implementation. This last service, managing large projects throughout
implementation, greatly differentiates her from other consultants.
Instead of preparing an analytical report to gather dust on a shelf,
her passion evolves from actually getting into the trenches with
clients and helping them implement changes identified during analysis
and further refined with cross-functional teams.
Triche earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering
from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters degree in Industrial
Management from the University of Dallas. In addition, Ms. Guenin
holds several technical certifications including: Certified Quality
Manager from American Society of Quality (ASQ), ISO 9000/TL 9000
Lead Assessor from Stat-A-Matrix, National Association of Communication
Systems Engineers (NACSE), Certified Inventory Manager from American
Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS), and 4M Mod II
(Micro Matic Methods of Motion) from the MTM Association. She is
currently working on her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and
becoming a Colorado Performance Excellence Examiner.
During her first ten years out of school and prior to entering
the consulting field on her own, she held the following positions:
Senior Consultant, Gemini Consulting; Senior Industrial Engineer,
Boeing Electronics; Industrial Engineer, KODAK; Production Supervisor
& Manufacturing Engineer, Owens-Illinois, Inc.; and Industrial
Engineer (intern) at two locations for ALCOA.
Her community service activities range from leadership programs
(e.g. Leadership Denver, 50 for Colorado) to Quality related activities
(e.g. development of Colorado Performance Excellence Award, evaluator
for Denver Business Ethics Award, examiner for Customer Service
Award through the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau, judge
for ASQ Quality Grants) to community stewardship (e.g. neighborhood
councilperson, business rep for decision making council of local
elementary school, boardmember for Transformations educational program).
Ms. Guenin has extensive experience implementing change initiatives
across multiple industries. Her services include, but are not restricted
to performing gaps analysis, facilitating problem solving meetings,
training employees, coaching senior management, conducting planning
sessions, providing subject matter expertise, and role modeling
project management skills. A partial listing of her diverse client
base is as follows: Air Products, Anheuser-Busch, Apple Computers,
Bell Atlantic, Bell South, Bristol Meyer Squibb, Dupont, Genie Overhead
Door, HCI Inc., Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Nortel, Public Service
Electric & Gas, Reliance MetalCenter, Rocky Mountain Orthodontics,
