Chef's Auction
Description:
Fifteen to twenty "STAR" Chefs or restauranteurs create complete gastronomical dining experiences which are auctioned off to the highest bidder. Packages can range from a romantic dinner for two, to a corporate entertainment function for twenty. Wine tasting may be included.

  • First Look For Charity
    Description:
    A black tie celebration to benefit the March of Dimes and 11 other charities. Participants preview the famous Chicago Auto Show in elegance without the throngs of people, while enjoying food and entertainment. More fun and food follow at our exclusive afterglow party.

    Description:

    Description:
    A one mile symbolic walk for corporate executives and their Walk Team Captains. It starts with a breakfast and ends with a media ceremony. The event is a kick-off for WalkAmerica.

    Description:
    Our largest annual fund-raiser which takes place at 44 different walk sites throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana and involves 20,000 participants

    Description:
    Compete on a beautiful 36 hole golf course with Chicago Bears, Chicago White Sox and other sports celebrities. Other golf tournaments are held throughout the summer, too.

    Description:
    An elegant event at the famous Brookfield Zoo complete with dancing, silent auction and great food.

  • Ride America
    Description:
    A motorcycle poker run involving about 500 riders. Entry fee is $15.00 per person and each rider is encouraged to get donations. The event is run by the Illinois Harley Dealership in Berwyn.

    Description:

    Description:
    A radio competion that increases support and public awareness of the March of Dimes and celebrates excellence in local radio broadcasting.

    Description:
    At many sites throughout th Chapter, community leaders are "arrested" and must raise "bail" by phone - seeking contributions from friends and business associates before they are released from mock jails.

    Description:
    A grand black-tie event with entertainment centers and interactive performances by professional entertainers. The evening includes excellent food, silent auction, prizes and dancing.

    Description:
    On Monday through Thursday evenings, volunteers call lapsed March of Dimes donors.

  • Ray Meyer's 3 on 3 Basketball Classic
    Description:
    Three man teams compete in a one-day tournament. The winning team receives the opportunity to attend the final games of the N.C.A.A. tournament.
