Call for Presentations

Presentation proposals are requested for this conference, which will be held at the University of Illinois at Chicago on September 11-12, 1998.

No submission fee is required. Submissions will be accepted by email or US mail. Mailed submissions must be single-sided, typed in 12-point font with 1" margins.

If proposing more than one presentation, please submit separate forms for each.

Presenters must submit a current biography, resume or curriculum vitae. Proposals must be postmarked by July 15, 1998.
