Please note: Your credit card number's security cannot be guaranteed if you send it to us via email. If paying by credit card, you can submit your registration via the web or via e-mail, but you must mail us your credit card number or fax that information to us at 773-561-1830 before your registration is complete. You are not registered until we receive both your registration form and your payment.
