Registration Notes

Pre-registrations must be received with payment by March 15, 2001, to be
eligible for the pre-registration rate. Cancellations prior to 4/1/01 are
subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 4/1/01 are subject
to a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after April 10, 2001.

All presenters are required to register.

All fees listed are US Dollars and all checks should be drawn on US banks,
and properly encoded for the Federal Reserve System.

Once fully processed, an e-mail message will be sent confirming your registration.

Faculty: $50.00
Registration Rates (after March 15, 2001)
Students: $30.00
Faculty: $60.00
BANQUET
If you wish to have dinner on Saturday, April 21st, please add the
appropriate amount to your registration check according to the menu selections
below. All dinners include wine, salad, rolls, two side dishes (to
be determined), dessert, and coffee/tea.
1) Prime rib of beef, add $30
2) Filet of salmon, add $30
3) Veggie stir fry over rice, add $25
