Debra Novak joined the staff of the Tooling & Manufacturing Association (TMA) in June of 2002 and works with the membership in several areas.
Ms. Novak prepares and quantifies many of the business; wage; personnel practice; and informational type surveys produced by TMA. She also manages the TMA Direct Mail program, utilized by the membership to market their products and capabilities to industry specific targets and assists in the production of both the paper, and electronic versions of the TMA News Bulletin. She assists the Education Department with curriculum development and grant research and, works with TMA’s president on special industry related & membership focused projects.
Prior to joining TMA, Debra worked in the communications industry for Porter Novelli, a global public relations agency, where healthcare and consumer marketing were her main area of focus; and for international public affairs giant Hill and Knowlton in the investor relations, marketing and technology practices. |
