Each year the American Association of Political Consultants gives awards for the best political advertising. AAPC has offered to join with APSA in a panel based on the 2000 Poly Award winners. After showing the videos, the panel will comment and discuss their merits. Two members each from APSA and AAPC will participate. Given the fluidity of political campaigns, the participants are tentative. Among those scheduled to appear are Darrell West of Brown University (chair), Phil Noble of Politics Online, Gary Nordlinger, and current AAPC President Ray Strother.
