Low Incidence Conditions Training for Health Professionals
Training Staff: Philip Davidson, PhD, Michael Henderson, MD, & Matthew Janicki, PhD

The RRTC will train health professionals on age-related changes for individuals with low incidence conditions using the findings from the research project on measuring health outcomes in older adults with I/DD. Staff will conduct on-site training and also include these data in its distance learning curricula.The curriculum incorporates opportunities for making choices, self-determination, self-advocacy, and problem solving techniques.
