"I called... to enroll in the program and it's been a great experience for me. I have always been independent and active in terms of school, work, various activities, and some kinds of exercise, but never anything like this. I've been doing the seated aerobic routines and weight-bearing exercises regularly for two months and I'm really getting into the way it makes me feel.  I already feel healthier and stronger.....
