Abstract Submission

We will be having 2 poster sessions, on Sunday 2nd and Monday 3rd.  Some abstracts will be selected to be presented as short talks in the relevant scientific session.

Abstract Format:

Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font, 12 point.  The abstract should have dimensions of 6.5 inches wide x 4 inches deep (16.5 cm x 10.2 cm).  The title only should be in CAPITAL (upper case) letters.  The authors and their affiliation will begin on the next line. The abstract should be saved in rich text format (.rtf), and named for the primary author (author.rtf). If more than one abstract is submitted use numbers also (author1.rtf, author2.rtf).

Abstract Submission:

The abstract should be submitted as an attachment by email to serpins@uic.edu. In the body of the email please include the title of the abstract, the names of the authors, and the complete mailing address (with telephone number, fax number, and email address) of the primary author.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is February 15, 2002. 

You will subsequently be informed if your abstract is chosen as an oral presentation, or which poster session it will be presented in. We would appreciate it if you could submit your abstract as soon as you are able in order to avoid delays at this stage

Please note that submission of an abstract does not guarantee you registration for the meeting. This must be done separately.
