Registration Registration Deadline: May 1, 2002 The registration fee is $475. This includes the opening night reception, coffee breaks and snacks, the Wednesday night closing reception and banquet at the Shedd Aquarium. We will have the entire aquarium to ourselves, and we will start the evening at the Oceanarium, followed by dinner at the Caribbean Reef exhibit. We have cancelled the Monday night group dinner outing, leaving you free to explore the wonderful dining options Chicago has to offer. Additional dinner tickets may be purchased for accompanying guests at $50 for the closing reception. (Please note that due to prevailing economic conditions the price of the guest ticket might need to be increased). Payments Payment may be made by check or money order payable to University of Illinois (U.S. dollars only), or by credit card (Master Card or Visa). No vouchers, purchase orders, or phone registrations will be accepted. For security purposes, please do not submit credit card information via Internet. Refunds All refund requests must be confirmed in writing to the UIC Office of Conferences and Institutes. Registration fee refunds are subject to a deduction of $50 for requests received by May 1, or $150 for requests received after that date but before May 25, 2002. Guest ticket payments are fully refundable for requests received up to May 25. No refunds will be issued for requests received after May 25, or for non-attendance.
