| 3rd International Symposium on Serpin Biology, Structure and Function June 2-5, 2002, Chicago, IL
Following the success of the first two symposia at the University of North Carolina in 1996 and Cambridge University in 1999 we are happy to announce that the 3rd symposium will be held in Chicago, sponsored by the University of Illinois at Chicago. We intend to present a mixture of talks from invited speakers and from abstracts submitted, as well as poster sessions, so that the cutting-edge areas of serpin research will be covered. In addition to organizing a program of outstanding science, we are working hard to ensure that attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful city of Chicago. Registration, abstract submission, accommodation, venue information, and assorted useful links can be found on the links to the left. NEW INFORMATION (May 23, 2002): We look forward to seeing you all here very soon. Please note that all speakers are required to use PowerPoint for their presentations. Poster presentations will be a maximum size of 4 ft x 4 ft (122 cm x 122 cm). If you are looking for someone to share a room with, please look at the roomshare page.
