Doctorate in Special Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago
STEP=UP is pleased to announce a brand new program to help prepare educators and professionals to become university professors and researchers in the area of special education.
The STEP=UP Leadership Scholars Program is now recruiting students interested in earning a doctorate in special education with the intention of going on to serve as a faculty member in a university setting. The program offers free tuition, networking opportunities, paid summer internships and a flexible part-time course schedule.
Applications for the program are due June 29, 2007, and accepted students will begin coursework during the week of August 27.
