Partner Preparation - January 2005
On January 11, 2005, partners met with Dr. Parker-Katz and Dr. Hughes to discuss how to focus their insight to help program students in understanding what goes on in the classroom.
The focus was on the use of artifacts in the classroom. In other words, partners were asked to use examples of student work as a place to jump off in their discussions with students

Mary Peasely, Dr. Parker-Katz, and Janet Miernicki
Teachers brought in kits used in the classroom, books they had made in the classroom, stories, and even a functional behavior analysis.

Teachers get excited about ideas from other's classrooms.
The teachers themselves seemed to enjoy the exchange of classroom techniques and ideas.
