Evaluation of LEAP program: Faculty and Student

Landscape, Ecological Anthropogenic Processes (LEAP) is a multidisciplinary doctoral program at UIC that is focused on developing new approaches to understanding, protecting, and managing biodiversity in human-altered landscapes. 


To help the program and its participants reach complex educational goals, the program makes ongoing efforts to assess its progress The three year evaluation approach relies on both interview and survey data collection strategies in order to capture both interim as well as longer-term outcomes of project activities. The evaluation is designed in consideration of the multidisciplinary and inter-departmental nature of research and education conducted as a result of the grant.
