HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER AND MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
To become a member of the Association:
- Have a son/daughter attending the University of Illinois at Chicago campus.
- Membership dues are $10.00 for each academic year.
- Dues includes a reminder notices of the meetings, discount at UIC Recreational facilities and bookstore items.
- Voting privileges at meetings
- Meetings are held every other month the second Saturday beginning with August of each semester.
- Meeting times are from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
VOLUNTEERS
Parent volunteers are needed for help with our mailings and if you are interested in teaching or hosting a workshop in:
- WordPerfect/Word Processing
- Internet
- Spreadsheets
- Communications
- Resume Writing
- Job Skills Analysis
- Interviewing Skills
- Handling Career Change
