Women In Nanotechnology
WIN programs support students interested in nanoscale science and technology.
WIN is a demonstration project of the Region V Women's Bureau, U.S. Department of Labor in cooperation with the University of Illinois at Chicago, the College of DuPage, and Truman College to encourage women in these colleges to develop interest in careers involving nanoscale science and technology.
NEWSFLASH: Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) at UIC received an Innovation Generation Grant from Motorola Foundation to expand WIN outreach to Chicago Public Schools (CPS) teachers and students. To learn more about this program, please contact the Pre-College Program staff at 312-355-4902 to schedule an on-site mentor visit or arrange for a campus tour for your class.
