UIC received a 2008 Innovation Generation Grant from Motorola Foundation to expand WIN outreach to Chicago Public Schools (CPS) teachers and students.
High School Students
The WIN Facebook Group provides opportunities for students to discover career opportunities through discussion, educational materials, job and internship announcements, and mentoring partnerships.

K-12 Teachers
WIN hosts symposiums to assist CPS K-12 teachers to incorporate nanotechnology concepts into curriculum for grades K-12.
