The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of pharmacy continuing education. Attendance at the entire program and completion of the self-assessment questions and evaluation form are prerequisites for receiving a statement of continuing education credit for 4.0 contact hours (0.4 CEUs). This program has been assigned ACPE Program Number 0016-000-12-081-L01-P. ACPE and NABP have implemented a new system to track completed CPE activities by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, called CPE Monitor™. Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are required to provide their e-Profile ID and date of birth (MMDD) for this program.
