Timeless Gala
Thank you for your interest in purchasing your Timeless Gala tickets online through the college's secure form. Please note that tickets can also be purchased by downloading this printable (PDF) form and submitting your order either by postal mail or fax.
Special Ticket Price
Through December 31, tickets are available at the special price of $250 each. After December 31, tickets become $300 each. Tables are availble for purchase, with 10 seats per table. To purchase a table, please select 10 tickets from the order form. A portion of the ticket price is tax deductible and considered a gift to the College of Pharmacy, with proceeds benefitting the Sesquicentennial Leadership Scholarship. You will receive an official receipt from the University of Illinois Foundation detailing this information for your records and tax purposes. Purchasing Online
To purchase your gala tickets online with a major credit card, please follow the steps below. Please note that payment for tickets does not ensure complete registration without the completion of the registration form. Likewise, the completion of the registration form without payment does not complete event registration.
- Fill out all pertinent information on the secure payment form found at https://www.cade.uic.edu/pharmacy/alumni/order.aspx. The form will open in a new window in your browser so that you may reference this page, if necessary.
- Complete the online registration form found at http://www.uic.edu/pharmacy/alumni/eventregistration.php.
