2012 Outstanding Thesis Award
Ying He, a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Biopharmaceutical Sciences was recently awarded the UIC Graduate College 2012 Outstanding Thesis Award in the Life Sciences. Her thesis was "Epigenetic and post-translational mechanisms in pain: microRNA and phosphorylation." Dr. He is the first College of Pharmacy student to win this award! Congratulations!
