Medicine: In-patient
The Section of Medicine Service Clinical Pharmacy consists of several clinical pharmacists who cover a broad range of patient care services: Family Practice, Geriatrics, Hepatology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and three Adult Internal Medicine services. In addition to their dedicated clinical responsibilities to each of these services, the team is responsible for teaching, research, scholarly, and administrative tasks in conjunction with the UIC Medical Center, College of Pharmacy, and other Health Science Colleges. The clinical goal of the team is to provide optimal medication therapy management as proactive members of the health care team.
