Pharmacy Enrichment Days
Pharmacy Enrichment Days (PED) are designed to give students, parents, teachers, and guidance counselors a first-hand look at the college and programs. Participants are able to view pharmaceutical demonstrations, hear from pharmacy students, and interact with faculty and staff. A comprehensive information workshop with presentations from other campus units such as the financial aid office, admissions and records, honors college/GPPA, African American Academic Network, Latin American Resource Educational Services and other campus Urban health Program colleges provide adequate information and answer questions that will assist them when applying to the university and other UIC programs.
High School teachers/guidance counselors may schedule a PED during the week and are generally held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
College student organizations (e.g. Health Science Clubs) are welcome to schedule a PED during a time that best fits the organization.
