PGY1 Residency
Completed applicant packages are being reviewed and initial interview invitations will be sent no later than Friday January 11th. We will begin interviews for the PGY1 Pharmacy program on Friday January 18th, and will be interviewing on Mondays and Fridays through March 4th (with the exception of Martin Luther King Holiday, January 21, 2013) and also not on Monday February 25, 2013. We also will interview on two Wednesdays, January 30th and February20. The interview typically lasts approximately from 8:00-3:30 PM. We will provide a lunch during the day. We typically interview 4 candidates on any given day. The group (all 4 candidates) meet with the Director, Frank Paloucek, Hospital Pharmacy administration, goes on a tour (with a current resident), attends resident report, have lunch with current residents, and finish the day with Dr Paloucek at a wrap-up session. All candidates are evaluated individually through four (4) one on one interviews using a structured interview process with behaviorally-based questions sets. Dr Paloucek interviews everyone, the remaining interviews are conducted by members of the Residency Interview Committee. There is no formal presentation required. PGY1 Pharmacy | ||||
