Admission Requirements

Pathways to Pharmacy School

     Regular Admissions - Complete prerequisites at any regionally accredited college or university. 
                                             See admission requierments above.

     GPPA - Apply directly from high school to the Guaranteed Professional Program Admissions (GPPA).

     Affiliation Program - Attend one of our affiliate universities and complete one of the Affiliation Programs.

     International Affiliate Partnership - for applicants associated with International Affiliate Parternships

     Transfer Student - for applicants currently attending another ACPE accredited school of pharmacy

     - Admissions are done on a rolling basis (applications are considered as they are received).
     - We are an Early Decision school.  If UIC is your top choice, apply for Early Decision!

                    Early Decision Interviews (by invitation) will be as follows.

                             Chicago:   Tuesday, September 30
                                                Saturday, October 4
                                                Monday, October 20

                              Rockford:  Monday, September 29
                                                  Friday, October 3
                                                  Saturday, October 18

When verified PharmCAS applications are received, they are reviewed for minimum GPA.  Those meeting minimum requirements are invited via email to submit supplemental materials.
