Service Programs for All Persons with HIV/AIDS

CDC Database of HIV/AIDS Service Organizations
This database contains descriptions of more than 19,000 organizations that provide services related to HIV/AIDS, STDs, and TB for persons of all ages. Services include case management, counseling and testing, prevention, education and outreach, health care, support services, housing assistance, and legal counseling.

Spectrum HIV/AIDS Services at the Park Slope Center for Mental Health
The Spectrum Program offers mental health services to people over the age of 49 who are living with HIV or AIDS. This includes people of the age of 49 who are themselves HIV+ or have AIDS, as well as older people who are caregivers, family members, spouses, or significant others of someone with HIV/AIDS. Senior HIV Intervention Project, Three County Senior HIV Prevention Program.
This program of education, peer training support groups, referrals, and a resource library has been established to address the needs of older people regarding HIV in one of the nation's most affected areas. Boston Association on HIV Over Fifty.
Provides educational programs at conferences and at senior centers, housing developments, extended care facilities of all types and general health agencies.
