Federal Interagency Commitment to the 10-Year Action Plan (P3)
  This session demonstrates the commitment of the participating Federal agencies to achieve the goals of the Ten-Year Action Plan. Top Agency officials focus on new and existing interagency collaborative activities to build community-based systems of services for children and youth with special health care needs and their families, such as those the Federal Interagency Coordinating Committee, and the President’s New Freedom and Community and Faith-Based Initiatives.
