Young Adult Leaders: A Vision for Our Future (P5)

	If we achieve the goals of the 2010 Express, today’s children with special health care needs will be supported to develop to their fullest potential, with successful transition to adult medical care, employment, and living arrangements. Young adult leaders articulate the importance of achieving all six goals, as they share their wisdom gained through experience and their vision for the future.
