Colleen Monahan, DC, MPH, is the Director for the Center for the Advancement of Distance Education.
Dr. Monahan is also an Adjunct Faculty member who teaches the core course, Analytic Methods in Public Health. Her interests include Internet and Web based technologies, special needs children, distance education, data systems, and geographic information systems. cmonahan@uic.edu

Faye Manaster Eldar, MEd, is the Family Coordinator. She oversees consumer-oriented issues and is interested in family collaboration in policy development on health issues that involve children with special needs, service coordination, and family support. She is the parent of Maya Eldar, born in 1981, who is deaf, blind and has cerebral palsy. feldar@uic.edu
