Topic: The Basics of Managed Care

Connect to Webcast KMCO. We have been experiencing some technical difficulties due to a weather-related power outage, so we are providing two separate links to today's webcast.

Click here to connect to the webcast. A RealPlayer window will appear on your screen, and after a few seconds the audio will begin automatically. If this does not occur, please connect to the webcast by clicking here.

Once the audio has begun, you may leave the RealPlayer window open, or you may minimize it clicking the first small box, which contains a horizontal line on the upper, right corner of the Player window. This will minimize your Player window, but still allow you to hear the broadcast. Do not click the third box marked X. Doing so will disconnect you from the broadcast. If you are disconnected from the broadcast you can reconnect by clicking one of the "click "here links at the beginning of this paragraph. To reopen the Player window, click the RealPlayer button that appears on the bar on bottom of your screen.

Throughout the webcast you can click on other links on this site, such as the Session Resources below.
