Program Structure
The Clinical Research Methods (CRM) certificate is intended to provide clinicians with the basic skills needed to engage in high quality clinical research. CRM is structured around the methods used in moving from a clinical and translational science research idea to conducting the resulting study. To earn the certificate, students must complete 5 courses, 3 required and 2 selective, for a total of 17 credit hours. This certificate can be earned in approximately three semesters (two courses each in the fall and spring semester and one in the summer) or five semesters (one course per semester).
