Observations/Suggestions

Core MCHSB indicators are useful for National/State Comparisons

MCHB should lean toward less core and more state-selected indicators

For upcoming MCHSB Needs Assessment effort, states should be able to assess “local” needs, utilizing state/locally appropriate measures. It would make the document more “usable” at state level.

Whenever appropriate, standardize measures with HP 2010
