STEP BY STEP STUDY OF MITIGATING ONE HOME
This activity draws upon information that you have learned in the first eleven units of this online training course. The object of this exercise is to use the information you have learned and apply it to a hypothetical situation.
First, assess the information you received over the telephone from the homeowner. Next, follow your phone call with a visual inspection. Based on the information you've collected, answer the questions in the three actvities below, and the seven questions on the "Inspection of Home" page. There is enough information to make several different decisions. You can assume that you are familiar with the area and past mitigation systems have shown homes in the area to have pea-gravel for sub-slab material.Information you got from the homeowner over the phone
