Insure that Pump can be Serviced After Lid is in Place

Install unions on pump discharge piping. Allow for disassembly of radon vent pipe. Seale lid to floor with mechancial gaskets or silicone, not polyurethane.

Pre-Fabricated Lids are Available or can be Made

Pre-fabricated lids come with holes and pipe seals in place. Lids must be made of durable plastic or clear polycarbonate. Seals can be purchased separately. Needs to suport a person's weight!
