False Wall Suction

  
  • A false wall or enclosure is constructed over emanation surface and radon containing air is drawn from behind it.

  • Will not treat excessive gamma.

 

Determining the Strength of Emanation Sources

  • Analyze samples, or

  • Once can also temporarily seal a container against the surface and measure the change in radon, as air is circulated.
