Licensing of Radon Detection and Mitigation Services (Adopted Rule)

The Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS) regulates the reduction of radon in the indoor atmosphere through licensing requirements. Licenses are issued in accordance with the Radon Industry Licensing Act (RILA) and 32 Illinois Administrative Code 422, Licensing of Radon Detection and Mitigation Services (Adopted Rule).
