Key Considerations for Soil Pressurization

• System may actually force radon into home

  Soil must be permeable enough to allow air to move away from house.
  Entry points must be accessible and well sealed.

• Pit to be installed similar to ASD pit.
  
  Filter should be installed to prevent outside dirt and debris from coating inside of pit, thereby reducing needed air flows.
