The Hilton Garden Inn, 4070 East Main Street, St. Charles , IL 60174 is located in the western suburbs of Chicago in the scenic Fox River Valley adjacent to the Pheasant Run Resort. Guests at the Hilton Garden Inn can enjoy Pheasant Run activities including, golf, spa, and dinner theater.

The Hilton Garden Inn offers deluxe accommodations, friendly service, and a relaxed Illinois style atmosphere. Transportation To/From the Hotel

 

Driving From O’Hare International Airport : Take I-90 West. Exit on Route 59 and travel SOUTH to Rt 64/North Avenue. Make a RIGHT on North Avenue and travel WEST for approximately 2 miles. After 2 traffic lights the hotel is on the right. (25 miles, 45 minute drive).

Driving From Midway Airport : Take Cicero Avenue heading NORTH to I-55. Take I-55 SOUTH toward St. Louis via ramp on the LEFT. Merge onto I-355 North (portions toll). Take I-88/West toward Aurora and exit on Route 59/North. From Route 59 turn LEFT at Route 64/North Avenue and travel WEST for approximately 2 miles. The hotel is on the right. (35 miles, 60 minute drive)

NOTE : When calling any other taxi company, please indicate that you will be traveling to the suburbs. Many city taxi companies charge additional rates for taking individuals from the city to the suburbs.

Continental Airport Express. If there are a minimum of 10 individuals interested in taking a shuttle to the hotel at the same time, the cost/person is approximately $12/person. If this option interests you, please contact me (312.996.2875) with your arrival day and time and I will try to coordinate a shuttle ride for you. This option must be arranged in advance and because we cannot be certain about arrival times for all conference participants, this option may not be feasible upon arrival to Chicago. We will do our best to organize this option. The shuttle may be a more feasible option when leaving the conference on Wednesday evening.

ACTIVITIES AWAY FROM THE HOTEL

Historic St. Charles features charming clusters of antique shops and specialty boutiques throughout downtown. Other attractions include Charlestowne Mall, downtown Geneva, Geneva Commons, and the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall. The outlet mall is 10 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn and includes 120 stores such as Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Elie Tahari, Gap, Giorgio Armani, Kate Spade, Kenneth Cole, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sony, and more.

 

The City of Chicago is approximately 60 minutes from the Hotel. We have arranged for a trip into the City on Monday, May 14. The shuttle will leave the Hotel at 2:00pm and leave Chicago at 8:30pm. The shuttle will drop everyone off and pick them up at one central location in the City. The cost per person is $20/roundtrip. This opportunity is limited to the first 25 interested participants. If we do not receive 25 participants, we will cancel the trip and all money will be returned.
