The Naomi Morris Collaborative for Community Health Assessment and Evaluation was created to be a friendly portal and venue through which community-based organizations and state and local health and human service agencies can access expertise, develop skills, and increase their capacity to design, implement and evaluate programs that will enhance the health and well-being of the populations they serve.
