The Division of Research, Training and Education and the Office of Data and Information Management of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) , Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has entered into cooperative agreements with three universities to improve analytical and information sciences skills in the Maternal and Child health (MCH) community. The Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) has developed three cooperative agreements as a part of a consortium project on alternative and distance education. The participating programs are:
