SPRANS Community-based Abstinence Education Grants
Program Requirements:
- Projects must clearly and consistently focus on the Section 510 definition of “abstinence education” and agree not to provide a participating adolescent any other education regarding sexual conduct in the same setting.
- Grantees may not teach or promote religion.
- In accordance with Title IX, boys and girls must be given “equal access” to educational opportunities.
