All low income and uninsured receive Medicaid/SCHIP section plus a subsection of the CSHCN questions:
- Main reason for no health insurance
- Awareness of Medicaid/SCHIP
- Application, eligibility, and enrollment information,
- Reasons for not wanting to enroll.
