Welcome to the University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Public Health’s Annual Minority Health in the Midwest Conference! This website will provide you information on conferences past, present, and future. Through our social media outlets you will also find ways to stay connected with other minority health public health enthusiasts and professionals, and stay current with trending information and issues.

The 4th Annual UIC SPH Minority Health in the Midwest Conference (MHMC) is presented by the School of Public Health - Minority Students for the Advancement of Public Health in collaboration with the SPH Urban Health and Diversity Programs and the School of Public Health faculty and administrative staff.

The theme for our 2012 event is Eradicating Health Inequities: Advancing Solution-Oriented Discourses. The conference is being held on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 8 am to 5 pm at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Student Center West (located at 828 S. Wolcott Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612).
