Donate Now - SPH November Food Drive Begins

The Public Health Student Association (PHSA), Minority Students for the Advancement of Public Health (MSAPH) and the Global Health Student Interest Group are uniting to help ensure families have access to healthy food this holiday season. Between November 3 and November 24, individuals can donate food items like peanut butter, beans, pasta, rice, cereal, soup and canned fruits and vegetables in the lobby of the SPHPI building at 1603 W. Taylor St., or on the fifth floor student lounge of the SPHW building at 2121 W. Taylor St. Perishable or homemade foods and foods packaged in glass cannot be accepted.

Over 500,000 people in Cook County rely on food from the Greater Chicago Food Depository each year. Just one dollar provides four meals for a hungry man, woman or child in Cook County.
