Annual SPH Fall Networking Event
The Annual SPH Fall Networking Event will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 5:30 – 7:30pm in room 932 SPHPI, 1603 West Taylor Street.
The most effective strategy for prospective employment is networking with professional contacts, with as much as 80% of jobs being found through this method. Students attending this event will have an opportunity to meet and network with SPH alumni and other public health professionals. This event is important in helping you build professional relationships, learning tips and strategies for entering the job market, and discovering how to apply your unique skills and interest to develop a satisfying and successful career in public health.
Please note that attendance is limited. Be sure to RSVP by emailing your name, division, and expected graduation date to adela@uic.edu.
