A baccalaureate degree from an accredited school is the minimum requirement for admission to the certificate program. The program must be completed in three years but is designed to be completed in approximately 18 months.
Students who have successfully completed the certificate program may wish to apply for admission to the Master of Public Health degree program specializing in informatics. Students accepted into the program may be allowed to transfer up to 17 semester hours of credit toward the MPH Informatics degree. Successful completion of the certificate program does not guarantee admission to the degree program.
The informatics program will have a tuition rate of $675.00 per credit hour for both residents and nonresidents effective in the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Semesters. Please note tuition and fees are subject to change without notice any time prior to the first day of instruction.
